CARE
Machine wash cold, maximum 30°C / 90°F. Do not bleach, tumble dry, or dry clean. Iron or steam on low heat.

COOKING GUIDANCE
Roasting times are estimates. Always use a food thermometer and measure away from bone. Turkey must reach at least 165°F / 74°C in the thickest part of the breast and innermost thigh and wing. Beef roast must reach at least 145°F / 63°C before removal from heat, followed by a rest of at least 3 minutes.
